I ordered 2 pairs of these earrings-one in Yellow Gold and the other in White Gold. The earrings were fine but one came without a Valuation Summary card and the other came without an inspection tag and in a torn box. During the time of my order, I had ordered a second pair of the earring in White Gold and that came with an inspection tag but no Valuation Summary card. When I contacted Sam's Club about the issue, they couldn't do anything for me besides emailing the manufacturer, IGI, and asked me to do so as well. The manufacturer, instead of taking responsibility for neglecting to send me the missing physical components of appraisal, said that I would need to request for a digital tag/certificate from them, as per a new policy of theirs, and pay for a physical form of certification to be sent. They even indicated that I may have lost the QR digital certificate that the product was supposed to come with, which I never even received. This didn't make sense to me as they were able to send one physical form of appraisal for each product but not the other. I'm displeased with the extra time and energy I had to spend to follow up just to get the documentation I was supposed to receive and the lack of professionalism from the end of the manufacturer to not even properly understand my issue and concerns. Even if I wanted to return these products, I couldn't, has Sam's Club has deemed them non-returnable. This is my last time ordering any jewelry through Sam's Club.
