Last Summer I bought and returned 3 of these slides because the vinyl above the steps kept ripping. This redesign has the steps bonded the same way. We will see how well this new design works. The clear vinyl and new design looks great but feels like a beachball.It doesn't feel as rugged as last year's model but it may be. The slide surface is much smoother with the clear vinyl. I have a gang of 10 year olds that are going to put this slide to the test.

But it staying by the pool! It looks so much fun for the family!! Can't wait for the summer time to use it! The safety looks okay too. Hook the hose up to make it work better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality slide for pool or lake. The PVC is a good thicker texture which seems to be pretty durable. It was easy to assemble and blow up by myself, as far getting it to the pool, I would need assistance. It took me about 10-15 minutes to blow up with a leaf blower. The grips are deep and offer a non-slip texture that is easy to grip onto. The slide is slick and offers a fun sliding surface. I think not only the kids but the adults will have fun with this slide.

The angle was not really steep enough for our kids to be too thrilled with it, but they are 12 and 14. I’m looking forward to using it at our pool this summer with my younger nieces and nephews. It is big, so the maintenance of putting it up and down will probably not work for us, we will probably leave it up all summer. Not to mention, it took a bit to inflate, which was to be expected due to the size.
