I am incredibly disappointed with both this product and the store's customer service. I purchased what were explicitly described as "gold earrings," but after just over a month, they are already turning my ears green. Real, authentic gold does not oxidize and turn skin green—meaning these are falsely advertised, cheap plated metals. When I brought this blatant quality issue to the store manager's attention, they completely brushed me off. I was told that because it had been past 30 days and I hadn't purchased a warranty, there was absolutely nothing they could do. A warranty shouldn't be required to protect a customer against counterfeit or falsely advertised items. The store made zero effort to make this right or stand behind the integrity of their products. I will never purchase jewelry from here again. Save your money and go to a reputable jeweler who sells actual gold.
