I received the package and opened the envelope to find two beautiful purple velour boxes. The items inside look just as pretty as the pictures shown on the website. However, I was expecting a tag, brand name, instruction card, or booklet for the jewelry, but there was none included. At the very least, the NEUHARDT name should be on the box, attached to the jewelry, or embossed on the item. I'm unsure whether the manufacturer forgot to include it or if I may have received a returned item. Could you please help clarify this?

The name is deceiving the is gold plated silver. Only a few milligrams of gold.
