No internet access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried and tried to connect my TV to the internet with no luck. I had a subscription to Paramount + and couldn't watch it. Why are there so many videos on YouTube how to connect to the internet?

Hi JW128, Thank you for sharing your experience with the internet connection on your Samsung U7900F TV. Whether you're using Wi-Fi or a wired (LAN) connection, there are a few steps you can take to help resolve the issue: 1. Power Cycle Your Equipment. Unplug both your TV and router/modem from the wall outlet. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow both devices to fully restart. 2. Check the Network Status. On your TV, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Network Status. This will help determine if the issue lies with the network or the TV. 3. Try a Different Connection Type. If you're using Wi-Fi, try connecting an Ethernet (LAN) cable directly from your router to the TV to test the connection. If you're using a wired connection, try switching to Wi-Fi to see if the issue persists. 4. Reestablish the Network Connection. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Open Network Settings, and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi or wired network. 5. Update Firmware. Software updates can often resolve network bugs. To check for the latest version: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If these steps don't resolve the issue, we’d be happy to provide further assistance. Great quality, Great features, Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is really amazing the sound and quality surprised me but then again samsung devices are always top tier and this one wasnt any different. I've really enjoyed watching my shows amd playing video games on it. I would highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a nice affordable tv.

What a Find!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Product - Great Value. I had two "older" Android TVs literally "die" within hours of each other and found myself in need of a new television. My main TV was a 50 inch, and I knew I needed a larger screen. While looking at the options at Costco, I came across the 65 Inch Samsung Class Crystal UHD U7900FD 4K Smart TV. Under $350. Perfect size (NOT AN ANDROID) and loved all the features. The set-up and unpacking were a Breeze - (minutes). It was extremely light weight compared to the Sony I replaced. Literally still learning all of the features, but you won't be disappointed.

Amazing TV overall.

The user interface is always amazing with Samsung products in my opinion and I wouldn't buy anything, but Samsung. It was such a nice TV than my father even proceeded to buy himself the exact same one.

White Stripes?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, I have had this TV for a bit now. Its picture is great, but it has these strange white stripes at the bottom of the screen. When the TV's on, you can't hardly tell they're there. What are these white streaks? Nonetheless, I loved my TV.

Great Picture and Sound

Not lightning proof, but picture will shock you!⚡️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was absolutely stunning and had amazing picture. I loved that it had plenty of hdmi inputs to hook up all of my accessories and video game platforms. Unfortunately the TV took a hefty lightning shock during a lightning storm and now has been rendered unusable. Been saving up to get a new bigger better Samsung someday. I have always purchased Samsung products from cell phones, vacuums, home audio equipment, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and I absolutely love every product and they are worth the extra money.

I love my new 85 inch Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoy my new 85 inch Samsung TV however it has far far too much to go through and check so many different channels so many different options that I really don't need the Aesthetics are absolutely fantastic the brightness is perfect resolution is spot on beautiful the security is pretty good and the vibrancy is excellent I truly love this new TV as I said there's just too much too many things back up that doesn't make any sense but there's just too many channels to choose from and too many options period
