[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung 75 crystal TV is the best television I've ever had. I have an 86 inch TCL also and it can't compete with my Samsung. The Samsung picture is brighter, clearer and steadier. The sound is excellent and spot on. I have no qualms about this TV except I wish it was bigger.

I was debating on how big I wanted to go because I had a 60 inch but the older we get we need something bigger so I went for it and I love it. It’s a picture is beautiful. Everything works beautiful from the sound to the remote to everything but the picture on it is just the colors that come out are just gorgeous. You get free live TV with it. It’s definitely worth the money and it was only $440 something like that 447 whatever it was it was definitely worth every single penny I mean I know there’s Q LEDs out there but this one is just a sweet as apple pie, trust me, it’s 100% worth buying and if you’re watching the Super Bowl, you gotta get it. It’s great.

Purchased this TV in November as part of their doorbuster sale, brought it home unpacked it and everything was good EXCEPT there was a black "botch" or "cloud" on the right hand side of the screen. Thought maybe it just need to run for a bit but the spot never went away, now comes the reason I'm giving it 1 star, Samsung support is non-existant. I've called them 4 times now and each time I run through all their steps, the people on the phone are super friendly, they assign a case and then within a few days that support case is cancelled for no reason, I never even receive a call about scheduling. The first case was cancelled because the agent said the tv was not in a home...which is pretty judgemental of my house I think. I mean it's not a mansion but it's a nice home. I have no idea why they cancelled the second time because they never tell you WHY they cancel, however I got all the way to the part where they asked for a picture of the receipt from Sams club via text and then cancelled the next day ( sent them 2 pictures of the receipt), the third time I called I provided all the info again...got a case and a few days later it was cancelled by agent again. At this point I have no choice but to return the TV to Sams but since these are currently "sold out" I'll be geting a refund and probably buying a LG or something else. Too bad the TV itself seems great. This whole interaction has put me in the "not buying samsung anymore" category.

Back of the tv was partially detached at delivery. It made the ports difficult to access; the back can be popped back on if you’re very careful but doesn’t stop it from recurring. Samsun live tv is the default screen, NOT home, and will kick you out of what you’re attempting to do to revert to it. I’ve also had this tv give me the known red screen issues less than a week after delivery. Not great.

The picture is clean and sharp, and the stand or legs of the TV are extremely sturdy. The controls are easy to understand and you can get to a streaming service seamlessly. You cannot go wrong with a Samsung!

Just wish it had another port for another output . The sound is loud enough and clear without a soundbar . I like this TV overall for the size of the room I have it in . Overall it is a good TV for the price I paid . Samsung puts out good products . This is my 3rd Samsung already . One lasted 12 years and the other one lasted like 10

It would be nice to allow multiple people to have the TV on their phones. Other than that the TV is great. We are able to download stremio onto the TV directly, no more need for a external box. I am changing it all our TV's to Samsung crystal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You never know what you're missing till you get something better. You can see the beads of sweat on an actor's face. The colors are so much more bright and vivid than my old TV. Wish I had done this two years ago!
