Improper voice/lip synchronizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has the worst picture/voice match I have ever seen. On some channels and most streaming the voice matches the picture, but most cable channels the voice is 1 or 2 seconds after the picture. It is not synchronized with the lip movement at all. I have tried correcting this in the setting several times, but it has not worked.

Hi Ironhorserider, Thank you for your feedback. You mentioned already adjusting settings, but I am going to put a few suggestions below, just in case you have not tried these. 1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay 2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through 3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If the issue continues after these steps, please contact Samsung Support for additional troubleshooting or assistance. Nice TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture and the sound isn't bad but so disappointed that there isn't a place to plug in audio connections for headphones. My husband is hard of gearing and we have some great headphones to put the tv sound right into his ears but there is no place to connect audio. We have been to several places looking for an alternative but seems we have to buy very expensive wireless headphones in order to make this work!

However, it supports wireless audio connections via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, allowing you to connect compatible headphones or sound systems. Disappointed with screen reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this Samsung 75" Crystal UHD TV. The screen developed a visible defect, and this has made the TV frustrating to use. For a Samsung product, especially a 75" TV, I expected better long-term quality and reliability. The TV looked good when it was working properly, but the screen failure is a serious concern. A television should last more than a short period without developing this kind of issue. I am including a photo so other customers can see the defect before deciding whether to buy this model

Samsung Delivers Again!

This one didn't disappoint. Set up was a breeze & I was watching TV in about 15 minutes. The surprise was that the 65" was even thinner & lighter that the 55". Well done, Samsung!

Wonderful TV!!!

Sam-Sung a perfect pitch with this TV
