I have now purchased and returned two of these rings, and had the same issue both times. After about 1 week of normal wear, a stone fell out both times. Upon opening, this ring is very beautiful. I loved wearing it for the week that it was not broken. Sad to have to return it, but it seems like the setting is just not strong enough for the stone size. Sam’s does make returns easy though.

My husband bought this ring for me for Christmas. however, less than 2 weeks later I had to return it because two of the sapphires fell out. I purchased another one and within a week one of the sapphires fell out. again. This is a beautiful ring and I loved wearing it. however, I don't like the fact that the stones don't stay in.

Received this as a valentines day gift, it’s 2/18 a stone has already fallen out and gone missing… while I was asleep none the less. The kicker is it’s now sold out in my size.

Terrible quality. One of the stones fell out after less than 60 days. Sam’s Club had been no help and will not allow to return it or exchange it.
