Functional easy to operate and pretty easy to clean

Good product

I was gifted this as a wedding present like 2 years ago. It's great. It just has some things that could be improved or things that could be very annoying to some people. So as someone else has said in their review, the warm setting did get to where it was actively still cooking my food and I'd almost burnt a few dishes. The locks for the lid, there's a little bitty pen that holds it together to the lid came out not long after I started using it. The other side ended up coming out as well. Once it starts coming out it consistently will come out and if you're not careful it's little so it'll disappear very easily. It is an overall good Crock-Pot. Like I said it does have room for improvements. But for the price its great and as a gift even better.
