I received my 7-Quart Crock pot as a Christmas gift. The size is just right for my family. I've have only used it a handful of times since receiving it, and the other night while cooking, the screw stripped from the handle and broke and came right off the lid. It's still under warranty, however Crockpot is refusing to send out a replacement handle to fix the issue. I've sent all required documentation and they still don't want to replace a simple issue that's beyond my control.

It might look pretty but that's about. The warm setting will actually cook food it's so hot and the hot setting will burn your food in an hour. I was looking for a try slow cooler and this is not it. I've had recipes say to cook on high for six hours, but with this crockpot, it burned within two. My sister has the same one as she has the same issues. Runs way too hot.

The best thing about this is that it’s light weight, it has the handles to lock the lid on and it has a carry bag. Not to mention that it looks aesthetically pleasing!! We have used this crock pot extensively after many months and it has worked as designed and as advertised. Many stews, soups and Mac and cheese have been done. It is large capacity for pot lucks. It is great value for your buck. Highly recommend to everyone!

The interior ceramic piece broke after two uses. The outside of the Crock-Pot gets miserably hot. This is probably the worst Crock-Pot I have ever owned and instead of being able to use it, it is going to the landfill because it leaks into the outer shell of the crock pot through the cracked ceramic. How does it even crack like this!? Disappointed with this product for sure. Quality is subpar.

I would not recommend the Crock-Pot Design Series 7-Quart Cook %26 Carry Slow Cooker. I've only had this product for three months, and the lid unexpectedly exploded, ruining a $16 chuck roast and creating a huge mess in my kitchen. I contacted Crock-Pot customer service, and they did offer to replace or refund the unit, which I appreciate. However, that doesn't change the fact that dinner was ruined and the situation could have been dangerous. I'm also not impressed with the overall quality compared to my previous Crock-Pot. Despite the higher price, this model feels much cheaper, and unfortunately today's incident really confirmed that for me. For the cost and the safety risk, I expected much better.

I bought this to replace my 15-year-old Hamilton Beach slow cooker of similar design. I have used it once and I found that although it is the capacity I was looking for, the logistics are not my favorite. It only has three small rubber feet on the bottom, so while stirring the pot is prone to shift and tilts to the back left or right since that is the side with only one foot. The feet are also not sticky enough to keep the pot from slipping around the counter if you are not holding the handle. The outside also gets really hot to the touch, even on low, so you absolutely must hold the handle while stirring or serving.

I have had this for about a year. It is very cheaply made. The gray outside cover moves around and comes out if you touch it. I noticed several months ago that the ceramic insert looks like it started getting some hairline cracks but hey looked superficial. When I would use it, I always noticed there was a brown liquid on the outside òf the ceramic insert. After I cooked with it yesterday, I have noticed that it now is probably unusable. The ceramic insert has so many cracks that I'm afraid it will explode or burst if I use it again.

Great, like the warm feature stays on warm for dayd.

Carrying case is very hard to get pot in while you have food in it.
