Crock-Pot® 7-Quart Cook & Carry Programmable Large Slow Cooker with Insulated Thermal Bag

Bought  this yesterday  can't wait to use it and cook some good food

It doesn't get as hot as my old crockpot.  It has 3 small legs instead of 4 making the pot easy to tip over.  This crockpot is just ok, not what I expected.

Not what I expected

I bought this after reading reviews in Consumer Reports, because I needed an extra for a dinner I was cooking  for 25 people.  My old crock put was about 30 years old, although still in working order.  This one is way better, heating the soup much more quickly and keeping the food at an even temperature.  The best part is the locking lid, which allowed for safe transport.
