[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll admit that I had never heard of “sous vide” before receiving this crockpot. For my review, I decided to make a recipe from the included booklet since I figured this would be a “tried-and-true” recipe. As a first-time user of a crockpot with sous vide capabilities – the Everything  Salmon with Basil Cream Sauce and it was outstanding.   I loved the digital features of this Crockpot and appreciated having the ability to control both the temperature and cooking time. I’m used to the traditional Crockpot settings of Off, Low, and High. The number of additional settings are fantastic.   It was a bit weird using a storage bag for cooking in the Crockpot and it felt pretty unusual at first. Since I’m mostly accustomed to traditional crockpot cooking, the concept of submerging food in a bag seemed unconventional. But once I got past the initial hesitation, I found that it actually made the cooking process convenient and mess-free.   Overall, I'm happy with my experience using this Crockpot for sous vide cooking. It's opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me, and I can't wait to explore more recipes in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I enjoy soups throughout the winter. Our old crockpot was a bit small. I got this 7 quart Crockpot to make larger batches. The Crockpot has a good size to it. It is so simple to use. Fill the pot with the ingredients, set the countdown timer, secure the lid and all done. Well, it took a bit to chop the ingredients, but setting up the pot is super easy. It has a good even heat throughout the pot. The lid fastens nice and tight. And it is see through.

The possibilities are endless as to what you can prepare. I have the 7guart cook and carry. Locking lid makes sure you have no spills if you are taking food somewhere. I also appreciate that the crock is removable for easy cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot is perfect for on the go. It has a high and low setting and a programmable timer from 30 minutes to 20 hours. The crock is removable and dishwasher safe. My favorite features of this crockpot is that when its done cooking, it automatically switches over to warming mode. I love the spill proof locking lid and love the fact that if I need to, I can simply use the stoneware crock just as a large serving dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crockpot is great at the standard - really works well for slow cooking, quick sear, steaming. Compared to my sous vide machine, i really like that I don’t have to get a separate vessel. But not sure how accurate the probe is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made Asian spare ribs in the slow cooker and they turned out great. Tender, fell off the bone and the pot was easy to use. Put it all in and 6 hrs later is dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this crock pot. First thing I made in it was a pot roast and I love having the temperature probe to check the meat. Such a cool feature and really helps take the guess work out.
