Cooks too hot and its supposed to cook slow. On low it boils at a high rate

The 1 star reviews about the unit over heating was my worry and issue. Returned back to store.

Love this Crock pot! It's beautiful and has many good features. Love the removal stoneware and also the carrying bag.

I have had this crock pot about a year, but the keep warm setting boils the liquid and even burnt my chili on one side of the pot yesterday.

bought about 6 months ago to replace one of 9 years, The unit was hot regardless of settings and the pot ended up cracking in the middle and leaked on me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this crock pot a couple weeks ago and it has worked really well. The size was surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be and it has made meal prepping a breeze. It's very easy to clean as well which is definitely a plus.
