The cooker worked well %26 I liked the auto switch to watm after the timer ended. However, a very poor design on the lid handle locks. They don't seat into the guard on top, so when you lift the lid they fall into your food. Definitely need to revisit that design!

Although I've used my 7qt blue crockpot only once, it worked exceptionally well. It was my test run to make beef stew before I make a dbl of cheesy potatoes for Christmas Eve. I'm glad to hear that I can put insert in my oven w/o lid like I always did with another model. I wish this was in description as that was how I always did it. I love the blue color. It's a nice navy. I like the simple functionality as that is what I wanted. So far so good, it's perfect for me! First crockpot brand I've ever owned. I'm very happy to find color options too! There needs to be even more. Perhaps a build-your-own crockpot! Someday someone will come up with this.

We were gifted this crockpot from our wedding registry and I was so excited to use it, except this thing cooks way hotter than any other Crock Pot slow cooker I've ever used. Any meat ends up over cooked, it even burns buffalo chicken dip on the “keep warm” setting. It's basically useless :(

I bought this last year for Christmas and just now getting it out. I loved it. I would say the best Crock-Pot that I've had for a while.

I used this twice before the ceramic insert cracked. The outside gets oddly hot. The product is terrible. 😔

Cooked very nicely, but digital programming failed after 2 years and couldn't use the unit anymore afterwards.

We had this crockpot for a year now .not really paying attention that it would boil vigorously until now on warm setting .do yall have any recalls or is this normal

Purchased in November. Doesn't turn on in June!
