This is the best crockpot I've had for taking food to parties. I've had a few people that have tried to keep it when I showed up with this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually liked the slow cooker. It was big enough for a nice size roast. It did a great job. Only thing is that it was a little wobbly. The crock part of it wobbled in the metal part. I had to put metal washers under it just to have it sit nice and straight. I liked the fact it is automatic shutoff too. At least this one did for me.

Bought this a few months ago and have tried it several times. It always cook way too hot and overcooks or burns things. Even just on the warm setting. I had a very old crock pot and wanted a digital one to program cook time, I’m glad I kept the old one. I put something on low for 6 hours, it’s done by hour 3 and well overcooked by hour 6. Last time I used it I accidentally touched the edge of the warming unit and my finger immediately blistered. I have never had these issues with the old one. I wanted to love this one so much and was so disappointed.

Crock-pots are so versatile. We are family with 2 working parents and 3 littles in sport. One thing I love about this crock-pot is that it’s programmable. Often times we need it to start early afternoon to be ready by the time we get home and this one gets that job done. We will continue to buy crock-pot brand products in the future.

I received the 6qt Sous Vide model, which is actually the one I wanted. First off, it's a crock-pot, so you know the quality is there. I have quite a few and still use a model from at least 20 years ago that still works great. So far I've used this for Roasts, chicken and my absolutely favorite new way to cook steak, the Sous Vide mode. Plenty big enough to cook roasts big enough to feed our family of five. Super easy to clean and love the color. I knew this was going to work great for its classic uses, but I was pretty skeptical about how the Sous Vide mode would work. Usually in immersion cooking the water is circulating to keep the temperature consistent but this doesn't have that. I prepared steak 4 seperate occasions using 3 different cuts and every time the temperature came out perfectly uniform the entire way through the steak. Preparation is much different but that comes down to experience and knowledge. YouTube can help immensely expand your horizons in that aspect. I love grilling, but me and my girlfriend both agree this Sous Vide creates the best steak we've ever had. Can't wait to try more with this. I would and already have recommended this to friends and family. I love crock pot but this just picks it up a notch on top of that.

The locking lid makes for easy transport in the car :o) It definitely works great; however depending on what you are cooking in it, you may want to pay close attention as this crockpot does get pretty hot even on the low and warm settings. If you use it for a warm dip you want to keep stirring periodically to prevent the sides from scourging.

We love crockpot meals in the winter months just to set and go and this crockpot does no different. The sous vide is a bonus. First time use but won’t be the last. If you love the kitchen this is for you.

I love that it has a count down feature and it's super easy to use. The lock and go feature is excellent too. I use my crock pots a lot when it comes to family dinners and I need to take it with me. It keeps my dish from leaking. It cooks my meal/side dishes thoroughly and evenly. It doesn't take long at all to get up to tempature. It's super easy to clean too. I definitely recommend!
