I would not recommend the Crock-Pot Design Series 7-Quart Cook %26 Carry Slow Cooker. I've only had this product for three months, and the lid unexpectedly exploded, ruining a $16 chuck roast and creating a huge mess in my kitchen. I contacted Crock-Pot customer service, and they did offer to replace or refund the unit, which I appreciate. However, that doesn't change the fact that dinner was ruined and the situation could have been dangerous. I'm also not impressed with the overall quality compared to my previous Crock-Pot. Despite the higher price, this model feels much cheaper, and unfortunately today's incident really confirmed that for me. For the cost and the safety risk, I expected much better.

not so great quality stains easily

Crockpot user since they came out. Beware, used this beautiful model twice and had to return. Keep warm continues to boil food, definitely not working properly.

We bought this maybe 8 months ago and the crock cracked while using it the other day. Very disappointed. We use this often and now we have the outside but no crock

I bought this crock pot Feb 19, 2026. I used it for the second time on Saturday, March 14th. I just emptied it and heard a pop. The farm crock cracked. I do not feel the crock is as thick as my older ones. Very sad. It did cook wonderful.

We had this crockpot for a year now .not really paying attention that it would boil vigorously until now on warm setting .do yall have any recalls or is this normal

By the time the timer ended, the pork tenderloin was fall-apart tender and evenly cooked all the way through — literally no effort on my part. When it switched automatically to “Keep Warm,” it stayed perfectly juicy until we were ready to eat. Large capacity made it easy to make a large meal in this. It’s quiet and heats up nicely as well. Side handles make for easy handling. Cleanup was easy too — the removable stone insert washed up with zero struggle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — If you’re thinking about getting a slow cooker, just do it. This one has made weeknight dinners SO much easier and honestly kind of fun.

It takes so much weight off of you cooking after a long day. It comes with a nice bag to carry it in if you’re going over to a gathering with others as well!
