Assembly

Assembly was quite easy but the instructions and hardware were unclear. For example, the washers were already on the front drive shaft yet the instructions were telling you to look for them. Also, the plastic cap on the steering wheel shaft needs addressing. If you don’t tell the customer to remove it they are trying to figure out why the steering wheel won’t fit on the shaft properly. Thanks

Battery wont charge after putting cart together

Assembled the cart and it was fairly easy. Plugged the connectors together under the seat and then plugged the cart into the wall. The light on the charger is green and never went red for charging. The battery is reading 11.1 volts when I hook it up to my meter. The battery is functionally dead and wont take a charge.
