I purchased a 70 inch TV. My heart broke when I took it out the box and discovered that it was damaged now it’s been two weeks. I’ve been trying to get this out the middle of my floor hopefully next week it would be picked up. I am very very disappointed in this issue.

I used to be a Vizio fan, but LG is my TV to buy now. I’ve had two counting this one and the picture quality is great. My negatives would be their remote with too many buttons. Most are confusing and not needed. And the webOS software which is a bunch of trash.

Did NOT come with voice remote. You have to purchase an additional remote to use the voice commands. The box advertises Alexa, google play but you cannot access it without spending an additional $50 for the magic (voice) remote. It takes extremely long to upload. I am very dissatisfied with it overall. I thought I was upgrading from my Samsung but not w it is a HUGE let down

Great pic and a good value for a large tv priced under 500 bucks however if you are like us and stream all your content you won’t be happy with Netflix’s cheaper priced platform because the picture quality isn’t great because they reduce the signal quality and it makes the content quality fussy.

Nice tv! I purchased on black Friday it was a deal I just couldn’t pass and I am pleased that I didn’t. We play XBOX and Nintendo Switch on it daily and haven’t had any issues the colors are nice the screen flow is seamless only complaint that is what I’ll call it, is there are only 2 ports for gaming or Roku which is disappointing because we also have a switch and we cannot have the Xbox the switch and the Roku plugged in at the same time I have to remove one to accommodate another which is annoying but thankfully the ports are close to the side which makes it simple to swap out. I just wish I didn’t have to keep doing it.

Setup was really easy, but there are major lag issues when using the remote to navigate anything. The home page interface is ridiculous. The top half of the home page is an advertisement for the webOS store, right under is a list of some sort of suggestions while also including paid advertisements. Only under that will you find the apps you are looking for. By default, the apps in the bottom row are highlighted for you to easily select, but that’s after you get over navigating your apps on the bottom row and are easily the smallest tiles on the page. We replaced an older LG tv with this one and just mounted this tv where the old one was. Mounting was easy. The tv is a little heavy tho. But it’s 70” so that was expected. Interface is my biggest issue with the tv. Picture quality is fine so far. I don’t have any worries about deterioration of quality as my other LG tv being almost 10 years old didn’t lose any. I am considering getting another google tv to resolve the software issues. It’s that annoying.

I trust LG as we've bought other products. This TV is bigger than I expected. I haven't opened it yet. Not sure if we'll hand or get a longer table/cabinet to hold it. The larger screen should make watching TV more enjoyable since we can see better on the larger screen.

The TV experiences lag when switching between apps, which is quite frustrating. The remote control has an awkward design; the arrow keys are inconveniently positioned at the bottom, and the small size of the fast-forward buttons complicates things further. I find myself rarely using the top portion of the remote. Locating the home key is also a challenge. The Wi-Fi connection isn't as robust as I'd prefer, leading me to establish a more stable wired connection to the TV. Although I considered returning the product, it reminds me of the old adage, "You get what you pay for." The picture quality is passable, and I've enjoyed several movies in clear HD after a brief delay needed for the resolution to become crystal clear. Occasional buffering has been a nuisance as well.

Apparently the TV I received had another owner because his info was still logged in when I tried to set it up for the first time and the box it came in was previously open. But other than that it works fine. I wish the resolution were a bit brighter.

First The TV came with a horrible picture and i had to wait for software updates to improve the picture and function of the TV Second Sitting up the TV is extremely difficult to get the best picture and sound. The on-screen controls are difficult to manage. Even selecting the opening input or app is quire difficult. Third Some Apps are not available and must be used as a web app. The web is slow and control is at best clumsy. The remote is of little help. Fourth The app is somewhat easier to use, but I still cannot get the voice function to work. The cursor is erratic and difficult to use. However, the phone app is a must although slow and awkward. Fifth The remote- 51 buttons scattered over the remote. WHAT A MESS. (SEE PICTURE). SIXTH The app is decent, but I cannot get the voice function to work... if it has one! The cursor is etratic and lacks the accuracy needed to control the TV. I is somewhat difficult and you must toggle between the remote and the app. Seventh The settings menu controls many functions, but in addition to the home menu. (see picture). Picture I compared this TV to an HD 4 year old TV. This TV has layers of color with sharp edges. The LG has smoothed colors with no distinct lines. This gives soft edges that may not look as sharp as an older HD TV. even QUOS TV's have these smoothed lines but present a depth to the picture that is almost beyond belief. One note- your provider may not be delivering a data stream capable of the highest definition available for your TV. Summary This is a good TV, but setup is long and difficult. I is lucky to get 4 stars. I was ready to return it, but the aggregation of a return was worse than leeping the TV. After 2 weeks of aggrevation, I am satisfied with this TV and pleased with the picture. The controls and menus are severely lacking. I just gets a 4 because once i learned my way around... I found many controls allowing almost complete control of the TV which I like. I am quite satisfied.
