couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present for myself, LG is a trusted brand obviously but so happy with my purchase and a great price and it's sitting nicely in my room. I've been used to Roku for so long but this was an easy setup and the TV gives such better view and is way sharper.

LG is not compatible with Spectrum/Charter cable and is the only brand of Smart TV that is not. We upgraded the size and were so excited to have it installed on the wall only to find out we now have no wireless cable option available any longer. I am so angry! I would have rather kept our smaller Samsung and been able to use the Spectrum app.

Did NOT come with voice remote. You have to purchase an additional remote to use the voice commands. The box advertises Alexa, google play but you cannot access it without spending an additional $50 for the magic (voice) remote. It takes extremely long to upload. I am very dissatisfied with it overall. I thought I was upgrading from my Samsung but not w it is a HUGE let down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV isn’t top of the line and has some issues, such as shadows when there is a lot of motion, but that’s to be expected for the size of TV at the price I paid. I would buy this TV again at this price if I had to do it over.

I had a terrible experience with an Onn tv I had purchased before so I decided to purchase this LG tv and it’s been amazing. LG’s channels are great. It’s very easy to download apps. The sound is so clear even when the volume is low. The colors look so vibrant and well defined.

Great pic and a good value for a large tv priced under 500 bucks however if you are like us and stream all your content you won’t be happy with Netflix’s cheaper priced platform because the picture quality isn’t great because they reduce the signal quality and it makes the content quality fussy.

Nice tv! I purchased on black Friday it was a deal I just couldn’t pass and I am pleased that I didn’t. We play XBOX and Nintendo Switch on it daily and haven’t had any issues the colors are nice the screen flow is seamless only complaint that is what I’ll call it, is there are only 2 ports for gaming or Roku which is disappointing because we also have a switch and we cannot have the Xbox the switch and the Roku plugged in at the same time I have to remove one to accommodate another which is annoying but thankfully the ports are close to the side which makes it simple to swap out. I just wish I didn’t have to keep doing it.

I had and LG before and the price was right so got a 70 inch. First thing was they provided the cheap remote and required me to upgrade to the magic remote to get it to switch correctly. It's not as user friendly as my Sanyo and i keep adjusting the picture for different channels. It may just my lack of knowledge of the software, but it is not plug and play.

Setup was really easy, but there are major lag issues when using the remote to navigate anything. The home page interface is ridiculous. The top half of the home page is an advertisement for the webOS store, right under is a list of some sort of suggestions while also including paid advertisements. Only under that will you find the apps you are looking for. By default, the apps in the bottom row are highlighted for you to easily select, but that’s after you get over navigating your apps on the bottom row and are easily the smallest tiles on the page. We replaced an older LG tv with this one and just mounted this tv where the old one was. Mounting was easy. The tv is a little heavy tho. But it’s 70” so that was expected. Interface is my biggest issue with the tv. Picture quality is fine so far. I don’t have any worries about deterioration of quality as my other LG tv being almost 10 years old didn’t lose any. I am considering getting another google tv to resolve the software issues. It’s that annoying.

Tv was returned after 2 weeks. Volume no picture. All of my Tv's purchased at Walmart are still working after years of 24 hr play.( I have mentallt ill patients). This was just a glitch. I returned the (unhappy tv) reorder another LG tv and kept it moving.
