Horrible customer service

Very disappointing. I get home after purchasing my tv worst part is I have arthritis and can’t carry and needed help from others to install. After everything I have no power cord.now it’s impossible to get help

Bought the TV on black Friday less than 2 years ago and turned it on today and now there is a blue line running through it. Loved it before but if it only last less then 2 years won’t buy another

Just bought LG 70"' Class 4K UHD 2160P webOS Smart TV 70UQ7070ZUD (2022 Model) As soon as I plugged it in it had DSE (Dirty Screen Effect) I’ll be returning it and exchanging it for a Samsung tv.

Older TV?

This tv is extremely heavy and you cannot stop the tv to leave the room for a moment. Uou cannot use the voice button as it will not let you. Xfinity goes out more often than I would like.

Bomb tv

This is the clearest I have ever seen. Feels like we are actually in the movie or show with them and it was a STEAL. it’s crystal clear UHD at its finest

Streaming constantly lags

Got a good deal on 2 of these tvs at Walmart. Picture is great. But, the smart part of these tvs is extremely slow. Constantly lags on both tvs. You will need a Roku or Apple TV to stream on this tv.

Annoying. Buy a different TV. Slow response times and terrible user interface! Remote is terrible!!!! I’ll never buy this brand again.
