[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day of the purchase, I was literally next door at Costco with a 75’ Samsung on my cart. But I was not 100% because it seem too big for the room I was going to place it in. While inside Costco I took out my phone and went to Walmart.com and found the same TV but 70’ and as soon I saw the price I made the purchase as it was also same day pick up. I left Costco and their TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV isn’t top of the line and has some issues, such as shadows when there is a lot of motion, but that’s to be expected for the size of TV at the price I paid. I would buy this TV again at this price if I had to do it over.

I used to be a Vizio fan, but LG is my TV to buy now. I’ve had two counting this one and the picture quality is great. My negatives would be their remote with too many buttons. Most are confusing and not needed. And the webOS software which is a bunch of trash.

Setup was really easy, but there are major lag issues when using the remote to navigate anything. The home page interface is ridiculous. The top half of the home page is an advertisement for the webOS store, right under is a list of some sort of suggestions while also including paid advertisements. Only under that will you find the apps you are looking for. By default, the apps in the bottom row are highlighted for you to easily select, but that’s after you get over navigating your apps on the bottom row and are easily the smallest tiles on the page. We replaced an older LG tv with this one and just mounted this tv where the old one was. Mounting was easy. The tv is a little heavy tho. But it’s 70” so that was expected. Interface is my biggest issue with the tv. Picture quality is fine so far. I don’t have any worries about deterioration of quality as my other LG tv being almost 10 years old didn’t lose any. I am considering getting another google tv to resolve the software issues. It’s that annoying.

Tv was returned after 2 weeks. Volume no picture. All of my Tv's purchased at Walmart are still working after years of 24 hr play.( I have mentallt ill patients). This was just a glitch. I returned the (unhappy tv) reorder another LG tv and kept it moving.

I had a terrible experience with an Onn tv I had purchased before so I decided to purchase this LG tv and it’s been amazing. LG’s channels are great. It’s very easy to download apps. The sound is so clear even when the volume is low. The colors look so vibrant and well defined.

I love the picture. It did NOT come with the so called magic remote that it needs to make the smart features work. It is sold separately for $60. The remote it does come with is a ton of buttons very close together that are hard to distinguish apart by feel. That leads to a lot of being sent all over the place. The tv takes a long time to process functions as well. All in all it is a poorly planned product at best or a scam cashing in on the LG name I am extremely disappointed.

LG is not compatible with Spectrum/Charter cable and is the only brand of Smart TV that is not. We upgraded the size and were so excited to have it installed on the wall only to find out we now have no wireless cable option available any longer. I am so angry! I would have rather kept our smaller Samsung and been able to use the Spectrum app.

Did NOT come with voice remote. You have to purchase an additional remote to use the voice commands. The box advertises Alexa, google play but you cannot access it without spending an additional $50 for the magic (voice) remote. It takes extremely long to upload. I am very dissatisfied with it overall. I thought I was upgrading from my Samsung but not w it is a HUGE let down

Much less than what I had set aside originally for the 65"". Setup was easy. (The remote is taking a little more patience to learn) but no big deal. I am happy with the purchase
