This is an Acer product and comes directly from Acer. I believe it should last a long time. One of the models I bought was a floor model at Walmart and it lasted nearly 10 years. Best part is that it has spam protection and is backed till 2030. I like that it is a touchscreen,

This is my first touchscreen but my 2nd Acer which is still going strong just becoming obsolete 😞 Here's hoping my new one is just as reliable!!!

This is a really good laptop if chrome OS is what you can work with. Specs are really good for the price. Got it on sale and is a great deal. battery can last for hours if you are not doing anything intensive.

Was not “Like New”. Has chipped place on top. Also needs cleaning on the outside. Bought as a gift so don’t know about functions and set up.

Thought I got a good deal from Sams.... it was $120 off list price. However, I could not get it to boot up. Contacted Acer tech support and they could not help, suggested I send in to get it worked on. I chose to get a refund. Sam's Club good - Acer - failed.
