I've tried a few cheaper brands of pads growing up, but I've been a faithful user of these pads for about 2.5 years. Simply because I didn't want to take a risk on others when these worked fine for the most part. I wear these regularly day and night because I have a very heavy flow. There are some nights where I don't leak AT ALL, and some nights where I wake up to wetness or see spotting on my panties. These pads CANNOT HANDLE a rush of blood which happens to me all the time and I feel the leakage. Probably because the pad is so thick and it cannot absorb it all so quickly, it spills out the sides. It makes me very insecure when I'm out somewhere if I'm not near a restroom. Just a few days ago I was at work at my desk for a few hours and when I got up, blood rushed out and it leaked over the sides into my pant leg. LUCKLILY I WAS WEARING BLACK JEANS AND WAS NOT VISIBLE.! I give this pad 3 stars because it does hold a lot if you have a consistent flow. It will not suffice if you tend to gush.

They're very absorbent and I had no issues with them leaking. They absorb pretty fast and keep you dry. They have wings. The quality is very good.

They are longer than the other ones and seem to cover better when I toss and turn at night. I like ones with wings because they help the pad to stay on and stay in place. This pad was comfortable to wear. It did a good job with absorption. It also kept me dry down there. It wasn't itchy or uncomfortable in any way. Overall I'm happy with its performance.

This for me is better for daytime usage. I will say it does hold and I had no mess but I cant use for my heavier times. In general it was good for when I just began and towards the end is best for my usage. For my girls they like them. They said did the job. Holds on strong and did not have leakage and no crazy odor smell which is great. I use to not be a fan for wings but they have grown on me and they are better good also. I would use these more in general but I'm not sure it hits my number 1 yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because it is unscented my husbandbused them for leaks after surgery. Not uncomfortable to wear. The sticky backing kept the pad in place. The pad was not extremely bulky and actually worked for my husband recovering from prostate cancer and the leaking due to surgery.

I liked the way the old wrappers had a paper liner in them. Being a neat kind of person, after removing the new pad but leaving the new wrapper with both sides still glued together half way up the sides, I would roll up my used pad, place it into the pocket of the wrapper and roll it back up, reusing the tape to seal it up. This made for a neat, sanitary bundle. Without the paper lining, I find that the pad sticks to the wrapper too much to keep the sides glued when I pull out a pad. I can still wrap the soiled pad in the old wrapper, but it is not quite as contained as it was previously. The pads are still the same as they ever were, so no complaint there... but I miss the old wrappers.

I tend to size up by a lot for more protections. I'm 5'1 and 110 lbs so realistically I should be using a smaller size, but I find these perfect for me.
