They work exactly as intended and do their job well. We both prefer Always pads - I've used them for years and recommended that she try them now that she has that need.

If you experience leakage at night then you need these overnight Always pads. You will wake up with no mess. These are a must have for any age. I recieved this as a sample and this is 100% my own opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are overnight maxis and offer the thickness and absorption to allow for all night stain free bedsheets on your heaviest days. I prefer cotton pads however as these stick to your body and I don't like all the chemicals.

My bleeding is very heavy during the first 3 days of my menstrual and I was looking for a pad where I wouldn't have to wake up all night . At night I would have to wake up at least 2-3 times to change pads well not no more. After using these overnight pads I wake up once and I'm so happy about that. These pads hold so much, that you don't have to worry about leakage. Also there unscented so you don't have to worry about irritation. I would highly recommend to anyone with a heavy menstrual cycle, you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really don't like pads with wings, but sometimes they're just the best way to prevent leaks, especially on my heaviest days...and nights. These Always Ultra Thin pads, size 4, have wings and are longer in the back to help stop leaks and keep you drier and more comfortable all night long. They certainly do help, but I have a pretty heavy flow, so I still have to get up and change my pad in the middle of the night. If I don't, these will allow leaks. I probably need a higher size or absorbency level. However, these pads are comfortable enough to wear, even to bed, and they help stop odors, too. They aren't bulky or obtrusive. Even though I find the wings annoying to try to wrap around my panties, at least they stay put and I don't feel them while I'm wearing one of these pads. I'd say these are really good for nighttime use by women with moderate flow. They also work well for me on my lighter nights toward the end of my period.
