[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this in a finished shed that we use as an office. For 9,000 BTUs, it packs a punch. It handles the afternoon heat easily and the heat pump feature is a nice bonus for cold mornings. It looks clean on the wall and doesn't take up much space.
