Not much taste and very hard to chew with dentures

I don’t like the oily taste it has. I also Prefer less sugar per serving.

Super crunchy + don't love the flavor

I just bought this cereal and it's my new favorite. I do wish the pieces were packed together a little bigger as I want to be able ti eat it with my hands rather than bowl and spoon. But either way I'll keep purchasing as it's tasty! It has a great texture and crunch.

They're so good, when they aren't breaking your teeth. I literally spit out chunks of broken tooth mixed with cereal and now I have to get it extracted. It hurts so bad why is this allowed on the shelves. Such pain I'm in for trying to eat healthy.

I used to love this cereal and I wanted it for every meal. Since the recipe was changed it's now revolting with zero flavor and it's impossible to chew. Did Kashi do any market research before releasing this new recipe??

HUGE mistake to change the formula for their most delicious products. Don't buy anything by them and hopefully they'll change it back.

Of course Sam's starts selling this cereal after they changed the recipe. Its really bland now and is very crunchy on some bits. The old version was my daily breakfast. I won't be buying this anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this as a way to add protein to my Greek yogurt for breakfast. It adds crunch and fiber as well such is a plus. The peanut butter flavor is great. It due have a slightly bitter aftertaste but that is common with protein products.
