Myself, my daughter in her 20s and my 15 year old daughter all use these and every size works great for each of us. Depending on the day and flow I often need different sizes throughout the week and now I only have to buy one box because it has multiple sizes which is extremely convenient. Much better than having to take up the space of three boxes to get through the week . I am so thankful these are on the market so that I can save space in my closet and have multiple options throughout the week to fit my flow.
