These are nice to have as my period flow is different everyday and it makes more sense to buy this pack with different absorbencies rather than 3 separate boxes.

Sometimes we need more absorbency, sometimes we need less. Instead of having boxes of multiple sizes clogging up our bathroom cupboard, I now purchase the Trio pack. So to be able to use the different options is best for me. They are comfortable which is a must for me. I think the variety pack is the way to go if your period is up and down.
