OFFLINE-Serta Castleview Cushion Firm Pillowtop King Mattress Set

Disappointed as after just 2 weeks the cushion top maintained the sleeper's imprint, not returning to original condition.

We are very pleased with this mattress, it is firm although it has a soft top. The bed has us waking up in the morning feeling refreshed.

Firm with a soft top.

Had this bed for a week and it's already dipping in and forming lumps. Returning as soon as I can get a truck!

Awful!

Comfortable and we are very pleased with this purchase,  in fact we are going to purchase the same bed in different size.

Serta mattress and box springs

The mattress has very firm support, but the pillow top makes it comfortable.  The 10 year warranty is also a plus.

Skeptical

Very comfortable, replaced our old Serta Plush Pillow Top. Love the additional support, not to soft, not to hard, this Mattress is just right!

Great Mattress

The delivery was good but the product was damaged.   After multiple attempts at getting a replacement finally I am able to schedule one. 
Then, i call back because I never received a confirmation email, for them to tell me they have to order the replacement all over again!   Then they inform me another 4-8 weeks.   Now onto the actual product.  We have had it for a total of 3 1/2 weeks.  Its already completely  dipped  from the two of us sleeping in it.   There are very noticeable indents.   We are not Large people, we don't lay on bed for 23 hours of the day.  Overall, i would not recommend.   I am actually considering cancelling the replacement and getting a full refund.

Very noticeable body indents in less than 4 weeks

Even though my "King Koil" mattress was 12 years old, I wasn't looking to buy another mattress just yet. While shopping at Sam's I noticed the great sale on the "Serta Castleview" in the store and went home and went online to do more research. I'm glad I did as you get free "white glove delivery" free when buying the same mattress online. I purchased the firm pillowtop am very pleased with it so far with it. Very comparable to my old "King Koil".
