We where looking for a replacement for our old mattress that would be able to meet all of our sleeping needs. After a long search, we found it. We bought the firm because, Just as the bears said, It's not to hard and not to soft, it's just right. Great product and made very well. We will come back for our next purchase.

The set was delivered as scheduled and looks just like the photo. After sleeping on the mattress for a few nights, I was very comfortable with the firmness. My only problem is the smell that emits from the mattress. I have tried to air it out for the past couple weeks, but its still present. I might have to return this item if that does not resolve.

Wew have debated a larger (king) bed for years. When we finally decided to buy, Sam's was the logical place to go. Best price and free delivery to my home. Even got set \up of the new matterss. Now we have rooom for each of us a our "running in night" Wheaten Terrier who shares our bed. Wow, nice pillowtop over firm mattress provides restful and comfy night's sleep.

We have had this bed for just under a month... and so far so good... we went into the sams store and tried a bunch of beds out first but I kept coming back to this online only bed... it was priced about perfect with a lot of the features we had been looking for... so far so good... I am 6'4 240 and have always loved my California king.. we upgraded to this from a cheaper model serta we had for almost 7 years... #HopingFor7MoreYears

Don't waste anymore time comparing like I did. It's Comfortable, soft and plush on top, but firm enough to support a bad back like mine. Delivery was fast and easy. Confirmed delivery a few times, and sent updates regarding the making of the set prior to delivery. Called on their way to my home. The price, seriously can't beat it anywhere. BTW the set is very nicely finished. I have the larger box springs for a taller look. Needed it for storage under.

Bed was more narrow than a regular king size bed. My bed frame is bigger than bed. It looks awkward how much space that needs to fill in. I should of measured bed dimensions that were provided. My back had to get used of the firmness from matress. Pros: my husband is a 300+ pound man and the bed is still holding up. The last bed we purchased concaved in within about 2 months. Also I loved the extra height from pillow top and the length is just right for my tall hubby.

I decided to try this mattress. I hate buying a mattress without trying it out. Surprisingly, it was much better than I imagined it would be. I guess time will tell, especially on how it holds up, but so far it's great. Delivery was super. Really didn't expect that good of service either. I would definitely buy again!

Customer service was right on top of letting you know the mattress order was received, giving an ETA, and scheduling the delivery. It was very nice to have the mattress/box spring set up for you. The mattress is very comfortable and the box spring has a nice fabric, so it still looks nice without a dust ruffle.

The mattress is comfortable but I am not sure if I am happy with the box spring. 1. The box spring is high and that is my fault for not taking this into consideration. 2. The box spring is much lighter then my last box spring so it does not seem to be as good (sorta wish I kept that) it seems to creek when you move around. We will most likely buy a new box spring after the holidays. Delivery was good and the "white Glove" service is nice to have with taking out the old stuff. The 2 delivery people were super nice and very professional. I just wish the company had called to let me know they were going to be delayed....

After shopping for quite a while for a quality king sized mattress at a reasonable price, I took a chance and ordered this mattress site unseen. I wanted a firm mattress for back support, but not one that would be uncomfortable or stiff. This mattress fit both criteria. Ordering was simple, delivery was timely and professional. If you are looking for a quality supportive mattress, this is the one !
