This mattress started to sink not long after purchasing. I wake up with back pain every single day now, and find no joy sleeping on this mattress. Please bring back the real metal coils that give the body support it needs.

Like many of the reviewers here, the queen mattress was great when it was first delivered. We've only had it a little over 2 months, and it's sagging substantially where I sleep. I've never had a mattress do this so quickly - our last mattress lasted over 15 years, and didn't sag this much. Very disappointed in the quality of this mattress.

LOVE IT!! I bought it mattress a month ago, and it is perfect! I was hesitant to ordering the mattress at first because of the reviews about the firmness, but the pillow top is so comfortable, but the mattress is firm enough that it won't break down fast! Definitely would recommend this bed to everyone and you can't beat the price! Delivered to my house in the middle of no where and it was 2 weeks earlier than expected. Just order it, and you'll love it :D

The first 2 weeks with this mattress was good! But after using it since a month….JUST 1 month, the center of the mattress has just sunken it! I am honestly shocked cause the bed is used by my daughter who weights no more than 95lbs!! How is that even possible? I am just so disappointed!

I have had this mattress for year now and within a month of having it there were indents from where we sleep that will not come out. I was out of town for a month and slept on a self-inflating airbed and slept way better than on this mattress. First two nights back home sleeping on it and I wake up mid sleep with back aches. Looking for somrthing diffrent now.

We've been sleeping in this new bed for 3 weeks now. It was a name brand mattress at an unbeatable price so we jumped on the deal, after we went and tried out various firm perfect sleeper mattresses from Serta. The mattress we got was way more firm than anything we tried. l found it totally unbearable before getting an expensive 3-inch gel memory foam topper. I hear that firm mattresses usually take a while to break in, but still no sign of relief. In the end we didn't really save money because the savings went towards buying a good memory foam topper. I can't recommend this mattress because it is just too firm! It should be labeled extra firm for sure.

I've been using the Hempvana Pain Relief cream for awhile now. I can honestly say with 100% certainty that it's my go-to product every time I'm experiencing pain in my right leg and foot. I broke my right leg in a fall. I have 2 plates and 22 screws in my leg and 2 screws in my heel and one from my pinky toe to my ankle bone. Needless to say, I should own stock in Hempvana for as much as I purchase it!! It definitely gives me the relief that I'm looking for a night. I've tried several of the other products but I'm a creature of habit. I'll stick with what I know, love and what works for me!!

9 months and it's has craters that don't come back. In the junk pile. Never again serta is bad news
