OFFLINE-Serta Castleview Cushion Firm Pillowtop King Mattress Set

I wanted to love this firm mattress but I can't. My back hurts so bad that I can't stand up after laying in it overnight. I got rid of my Nectar mattress for this one and I hurt so much more now. I want to cry every morning. Please DO NOT BUY. My back pain is 10x worse and unfortunately I am stuck with it.

Back Breaker

We just bought this set. It is on the firm side so if you are used to soft mattresses it may take some getting used to but so far I have slept great on it and I don't wake up sore at all. The delivery service was amazing they came when they said they would and quickly setup our new bed and hauled the old mattresses away. I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Bought this In Oct of 2021 and it has been sagging for at least 2 months now. Absolutely horrible!

Mattress is one year old and I am already replacing it.

Would not recommend...

The delivery was good but the product was damaged.   After multiple attempts at getting a replacement finally I am able to schedule one. 
Then, i call back because I never received a confirmation email, for them to tell me they have to order the replacement all over again!   Then they inform me another 4-8 weeks.   Now onto the actual product.  We have had it for a total of 3 1/2 weeks.  Its already completely  dipped  from the two of us sleeping in it.   There are very noticeable indents.   We are not Large people, we don't lay on bed for 23 hours of the day.  Overall, i would not recommend.   I am actually considering cancelling the replacement and getting a full refund.

Even though my "King Koil" mattress was 12 years old, I wasn't looking to buy another mattress just yet. While shopping at Sam's I noticed the great sale on the "Serta Castleview" in the store and went home and went online to do more research. I'm glad I did as you get free "white glove delivery" free when buying the same mattress online. I purchased the firm pillowtop am very pleased with it so far with it. Very comparable to my old "King Koil".
