From the great price to the white glove set up you cannot go wrong- I was really happy they hauled off our old mattress. I had been sleeping on a thick carpet on the floor because our old expensive mattress hurt my back. You can be a back sleeper or stomach sleeper & this bed will work. It's firm from edge to edge but still comfortable. My wife loves that I'm back sleeping in the bed with her. I guess our two toddlers love it as well since they sneak into bed with us every night with our old mattress they would always wake me up but now I don't even feel them crawling in.

We bought this several years ago at Sam's and over the past couple years the areas were we lie have become compressed and have remaining depressions. I'm 6'5" and 275lbs so I don't believe I am too large for a quality King Size mattress. Serta is a well-known and respected brand and anticipated value, however, this one has disappointed us and we would like to exercise the Serta 10-year warranty. We purchased it at Sam's Club but we cannot find a receipt and have requested Sam's Club's assistance to locate the transaction. We paid by Sam's Club credit card. We would like another Serta product but one that meets our expectations.

I placed an online order for this mattress on Sams.com. I received a phone call from the delivering company, Statewide Transportation informing that the delivery would occur on Sept. 15 by 6pm - NEVER HAPPENED!! I did not receive a call letting me know why the delivery never happened or anything!! I had to call the delivery company myself including my husband to find out what was going on - worst customer service I have ever experienced - transportation reps need a remedial class in customer service - follow-up with your customers!!. Secondly, Sam's representatives were not helpful in resolving the problem at all. I finally went into a local Sam's club in our area - the mattress was there- It is NOT worth purchasing - the mattress is so soft until it is ridiculous!!

We have always bought firm pillowtop mattresses from Sams club for the bedrooms in our house. When we ordered this one, the delivery and set up was great. The first two nights were very uncomfortable. Both my husband and I had sore shoulders and backs. We tried to stick it out for a week, but we knew it was not comfortable for us. I have a bad back and need a firm mattress, but this is very firm! I called Sams club and they were terrific in the return process. The Serta experts helped me pick another mattress set ( the Wynstone II). They took away the Castleview the same day the Wystone II was delivered. I was so happy with the process of returning and ordering a new mattress. We are very happy with the Wynstone II.

I purchased this mattress in March as a firm mattress with a pillow top to get the best of both. Firm but cushioned for comfort. I thought I wold give it time. My back hurts every morning and I am usually woke up due to discomfort in this mattress. The pillow top isn't a true pillow top and the mattress has already formed a peak in the center where the box springs meet. Not happy with this purchase!

I ordered this mattress online with the understanding it wouldn't arrive til mid May. However, I ordered on Friday, received a message on Saturday to advise of when I would be contacted. On the following Wednesday I received a call that my mattress would be delivered on Friday. As promised, the delivery was on time. They removed my old mattress and setup my new. It's firm which is what I wanted. I haven't slept well in months. But since I've received my new mattress, I'm resting much better and not having shoulder and neck pain as before. Thank you Serta and Sam's Club.

I bought this mattress to hopefully help with my back pain it seems to have only made it worse I go to bed and get up and there it is hurting again, it also has ripples in it I can't imagine how that happened I am the only one besides my 5 small furbabies that sleep in it I weigh 100 pounds, my husband says I should buy a memory foam 4 inch pad to put on it I shouldn't have to spend more money to improve something that was supposed to be worth the money and isn't not buying another one, I love Sams Club but will buy my future mattress sets elsewhere..

I wanted to love this firm mattress but I can't. My back hurts so bad that I can't stand up after laying in it overnight. I got rid of my Nectar mattress for this one and I hurt so much more now. I want to cry every morning. Please DO NOT BUY. My back pain is 10x worse and unfortunately I am stuck with it.

The mattress started sagging in the middle after only a few weeks. Causes me hip pain if I sleep in the middle. If I sleep on the edge of the bed, it's fine. There's lots of support around the frame of the bed but not much in the middle. Turning doesn't help, either. Probably ok for a guest room.

I bought this bed in good faith, but it's the Worst bed I have ever had in my life time. The pillow topper on this is Cheap, pretty much like it really doesn't have one! I have bought a three inch foam topper to put on it but it's still like sleeping on a brick. I like firm beds, but I feel like this is a poorly made bed and made very cheaply. It's not worth a penny. You couldn't give it to me. The fellows that brought the bed were great and did take the old bed. What can I do, I don't want this Bed!!!! cc #SamsClub
