Had the mattress about a month, very nice. Reduced rating due to disorganized delivery, no show one day and then show up with very little notice two days later.

I got this mattress about 2 weeks ago and it's the best thing I've bought in a long time. It sleeps so comfortable I've gotten the best sleep in I've had in years. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to buy a new mattress set. The price is great, the men that delivered it was very professional and the shipping was free too!!

Replaced a relic with this bed, it was a very good buy, extremely good. Bed is extremely heavy. I definitely have a hole in the bed where I sleep, it is so heavy that turning or flipping is fairly impossible for me by myself. The bed is very firm, hoping for one a bit softer, but, will put my feather bed on top and should be just right. A good bed if you want a really firm mattress.

The first night I went to bed at 10 pm, and woke up the next morning at 11am. This was the first uninterrupted full night's sleep I have had in months! No body aches! I love this bed all the better because of the great bargain price. My only complaint, I'm short and the bed is so high I can barely climb into it, but a new foot stool is on the way.

I love our new bed which we bought from Sam's. I purchased on line and the whole process went like clockwork. It was delivered within 10 days and the men who delivered the mattress and box springs were very courteous and put the frame together, which was delivered a few days before and set the bed up. Thank you, Sam's for making this a very pleasant purchase.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 71 year old mother. She had been complaining that her existing mattress had been causing her all kinds of back issues, and other aches. I had thoroughly looked over all of the different mattress options that Sam's Club carries. This model had the most reviews, and the highest star rating of them for a Firm Pillowtop set. She said that after the week and a half she has had it, that she absolutely loves it. No more soreness, and no more waking up all through the night. It was a great deal with the free Platinum delivery and haul-away, and the additional $200.00 off. Highly recommend.

This was delivered exactly 2 weeks ago today. I never thought I would ever be able to get another sound, comfortable, uninterrupted full night of sleep again. After almost 6 dozen surgeries, and trying and (in our opinion) waisting money on every type and in every price range mattress on the market. My husband saw this online and figured what the heck...we have not had any type of success with me actually lying on 1 and test-driving it. TaDa!! Awesome! I thank my husband for taking a leap of faith and spending a huge chunk of money for people on a fixed income, Serta for a quality product, Sam's Club for carrying it, their delivery men (who btw, were professional, kind, efficient and extremely bent on our satisfaction)and most to Jesus for allowing such a hassle free experience.

It's the best purchase I have ever made. Delivered on time and by the friendliest individuals that treated my house with more respect then I often do. On top of that the bed is comfortable without being overly plush and squishy. I no longer wake up with aches and pains in my lower back or hips. It has enough cushion to mold to your body while still being a firm mattress.

Have had my new mattress and box springs a little over a month. It's wonderful! Comfortable, Serta mattress quality, beautiful, and a terrific value. been sleeping like a baby and it didn't break my bank. The white glove service brought my mattress to my door and was set up by two great guys with a ton of personality. Highly recommend this product if you're looking for a very well made, yet affordable product.

There are not enough words to express the pleasure of sleeping on this mattress well built and keeping to its luxury at an excellent price point. But beware of the box spring assure you measure correctly we made the mistake of guessing at the box spring height and now use a step stool to get on the bed lol. order a low profile box spring you wont go wrong
