Satisfaction, I promise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contrast, resolution, and brightness are perfectly in balance. Not to hard on sensitive eyes like mine. Easily adjusted if needed. The picture is sharp, clear and clean. It doesn't take long to load apps or shows. The sound is crystal clear. Plenty loud also. If you need to refresh the settings or anything, it's very simple. Easily able to guide through everything.

Best TV ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Smart TV i have ever seen or owned. It does so much more than I expected and I can use smart things on the TV. The brightness is amazing as well as the contrast and the resolution great for viewing football games and other sporting events.

It's a MUST have!

The resolution is so good that whole viewing it, you feel like you're right in the middle of the action. The refreshing rate is fast while the brightness and contrast make it unbelievably life like.

Great product with caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture. Remote is too small and does not have good range. I press on the buttons several times before the TV response. Feels like we are indirectly encouraged to use the smart things app. Certain apps are faster than others. Never had that problem with LG. Paramount+ and Disney+ for example are slower to load anything from main page to the site itself vs Netflix or YouTube are nice and smooth.

Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using: o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source) o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded) 4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 5. Awsome tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv looks great and easy to use. Its everything i could expect for the price. Only complaint is i can not hook up my samsung soundbar to it trough earc and use all of my apps for sound. But connecting through bluetooth works just fine.

Decent and affordable.

Easy to use

Poor Connectivity!

This TV has terrible Wi-Fi connectivity. It constantly drops the network connection, kicking you off multiple times during a single viewing session. To make matters worse, when you try to reconnect, it sometimes claims your Wi-Fi password is incorrect, even though it isn't.

Avoid placing the router behind walls, furniture, or electronic devices. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices that may disrupt the signal. 3. Power cycle both devices – Unplug the TV and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. 4. Awful Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the fact that, each time you turn on the tv it's going to start playing SAMSUNG tv app. I've asked at best buy and they say that is how the unit works. The remote is my biggest complaint; each button or bar has to many functions! You increase the volume, but you pushed a little too long now you have closed captioning. The select button in the center is same thing, you touch too hard and you have not paused your program you have switched channels completely. It's marked poorly and has no voice command feature. The picture is absolutely amazing, sound is great, the remote and Samsung app have me wishing I'd bought a SONY again.
