Very hard to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really hard to operate We are 71 years old we're not as tech savvy as needed to be apparently although I've had many other brands of big TVs like this I was able to operate them without a problem

Good quality but little problem with Airplay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's in good condition and all ,very clear but I can't seem to really get my phone to really cast when I use my airplay. I mean I tried Spotify and it worked so far like it just so the albums of the songs that i'll play (which i'm okay with) but I couldn't connect it to YouTube it wasn't casting or like screen showing of me trying to even get it to work on the TV though.

Not great don’t care for Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t really like the Samsung TV sometimes it just freezes my cable box and I can’t change the channel or turn off the cable. I have to try and turn everything off in the middle of whatever I’m watching and lose whatever I’m watching and turn it back on to have it get out of that mode not always the best I cannot put the icon for Paramount+ on my list. I have to go to the Internet and search for it every time I wanna watch Yellowstone.

Great features easy to use easy to navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung it looks real vivid the brightness the contrast is so crisp and clean and sharp and everything looks great just like you would expect it to look very pleased with Samsung and I also only use Samsung Galaxy phones I currently have a Samsung Galaxy z flip 5 and I am absolutely over the top I am thrilled and overjoyed to have the Samsung products I will only use Samsung products and when I get a new refrigerator it'll be a Samsung I I love Samsung and Google but but I will use Samsung for life

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Longtime Samsung supporter have purchased nothing but Samsung throughout the years. This particular device has really poor resolution and seems really dark to the point of a blackout screen. I have adjusted to different modes but same result. Compared to the other 2 Samsung TV I currently have this one is is disappointing.

Great picture

Excellent 4K TV for the Price

The picture quality is sharp and clear, with vibrant colors that make movies, sports, and streaming content look great. TV has issues connecting to network

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for one month. Three times it has not been able to connect to my network so I have had to (per instructions) unplug my at&t fiber box & TV for a minute each & then plug them both back in for the TV to connect. Doing one or the other wouldn't do the trick, I had to do them both together. This was in no way do to my at&t. Returning this TV.

Hi Purrr, Thank you for your feedback. Please ensure your TV is running the latest Firmware, version 1132.0. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File. 2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files. 3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them. 4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device. 5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted. Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically. Not sure what happened it went kaput on us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure what is going on with it, but it was working fine then went dark on us. We can no longer see the picture but can hear the sound. Even the sound we do hear is breaking up. We called and they are supposed to come out soon but we still don't have a date yet. Lukily my other two samsung TVs are doing well and are way older! I am glad for that!

Smart TV U8000F - Nice picture, terrible remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No complaints about the TV itself - It's slim and light. The picture is very clear and bright; the sound is acceptable.  What annoys me is having to set up an account in order to add apps. Also, the remote is awful. The buttons are simply too small and there's no microphone on it. Really? I ordered a new remote and already returned it. Same as the one that came with the TV but it had the microphone icon. Same small buttons and ridiculous way to control the sound. I found the microphone to be pretty useless. It opens a browser on the TV. It doesn't take you to the shows you want to watch like the ROKU stick does. I downloaded the SmartThings app to my Samsung phone so I can use it as the TV remote.However, trying to "share" it to another phone is a nightmare. WHY does Samsung make user interface so difficult? This TV might be the last Samsung product I purchase.
