Not up to Samsung quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my biggest complaint is that it comes on in the Samsung TV and it takes two or three minutes to be able to switch it my cable my old one came on in the cable . my second complaint is that it routinely shuts off the sound. The only way I can get it to come back on is to unplug it from the wall it is extremely difficult because I am somewhat disabled so no I am not happy with this TV and I also cannot add apps to it. I pay for subscription to Angel Network was not able to download the app.

If you're experiencing sound dropouts, the steps below are designed to help you troubleshoot across different connection types. HDMI ARC / eARC Connection 1. Use a certified High-Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet and ensure it's firmly connected to the HDMI eARC ports on both the TV and soundbar/receiver. 2. Enable ARC/eARC settings on your TV: o Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode = Auto o Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = On 3. Adjust Digital Output Audio Format: o Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format o Set this to Auto unless you're using a device that specifically requires Pass-Through. 4. Cold boot your TV by holding the power button on your remote for 5+ seconds. Bluetooth Connection 1. Bluetooth connections can be sensitive to distance and interference. Keep the Bluetooth device close to the TV, and remove nearby sources of interference (e.g., wireless routers or other Bluetooth devices). 2. For improved stability, use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network if available. 3. If issues persist, we recommend switching to a wired connection (HDMI ARC or Optical) for a more reliable audio experience. Wi-Fi / Wireless Speaker Connections 1. Make sure both your TV and audio device are on the same network band (5GHz is ideal for stability). 2. If you're using Samsung’s Wireless Audio features (e.g., Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup), ensure your speaker system is properly added in: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup 3. Great Connectivity & Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Smart TV for a bedroom that has no wired network connection and must rely on the wireless Router signal for the internet connection. I had to setup the WiFi connection and required network password but after that the internet connection was working great. The picture quality is also great and the remote works fine.

Great Value Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is my Brand in TV the image resolution is very good the brightness is great it has a good contrast and the system gets a software refresh when needed they are worth the price you pay I live the system cause you can watch all your streaming apps and is very easy to navigate I’m. Not a big fan of the new remote I prefer the older style but is a great TV I will definitely buy another Samsung when the time come to replace one of the oldest 📺 In my house

Great pic

Good product…except…

The channel changer controller is uncooperative and i can never seem to get the screen to the channel i want.The controller is much to small and I often tap the button i did not want. It then takes three or four more confusing steps to return to the screen where i was. Wretched set up. Price was good though.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old LG 60" smart TV with Samsung's 58" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. We were looking for a 60" TV that was compatible with our entertainment center, but apparently nobody is manufacturing 60" TVs any more, which is very strange. Anyway, major pitfalls with this Samsung TV include that it does not have an optical output connection, this was a problem because I wanted to connect a bluetooth transmitter to the TV, so I could listen to my Sony headphones and Samsung soundbar at the same time. Unfortunately, the transmitter could not be connected without an optical output. Funny, that Samsung hasn't figured out how to make a TV that can connect to a soundbar and bluetooth headphones simultaneously. Huge bummer for us! Otherwise, the TV picture quality is acceptable, but the sound quality mediocre because we have to listen to the TV speaker when I am donning my bluetooth headphones. Goes without saying, we are not real happy with this purchase, but we're stuck now.

You can also adjust each audio output independently - for instance, keeping the TV volume lower while boosting volume on your headphones. New TV new escape

SAMSUNG DID IT AGAIN

I love that it has Samsung TV Plus where I can watch so many different shows and movies and you will not need your local cable package anymore. The Size is perfect for living room, easy set up and you can't go wrong with this TV.

Terrible Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst TV I ever had. You cannot maneuver it very well. You're continuously pushing. Something you can't even feel because the buttons are so small. Very poor buy even though it was for the bedroom.
