It's perfect for my bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my TV as a Christmas present for myself and have been happy with my purchase. I like how it connects easily to my Samsung phone and Samsung soundbar. Setup was easy and quick. I do wish there was a voice button on the remote however, if you have a Samsung phone, you can download smart things to access all of your Samsung devices. You can even use the app as a remote on your phone when you can't find the actual remote. The picture is bright and clear and the TV itself is slim and compact! It fits well on my shelf. Resolution also adjusts itself. I haven't had any security issues so far.

Not Bad, Remote Needs to Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 43 inch model UN43U8000FD is a nice fit for my bedroom and I'm pleased with the quality of the picture. However the remote leaves a lot to be desired. It's so small as to be almost ridiculous. Can't use it in the dark and, always have to reach for my glasses to try and find the very small buttons and is not user-friendly.

Love it

The tv brightness is perfect for sunny days. Software is smooth I previous had a 6000 series which I found to be a bit slow. The 8000 did not fail me. Also works great with my switch

Great features and colors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been awesome since the day I bought it. It's held up incredibly well and still works Iike new. The picture, color and resolution are stunning. The only thing I never cared for was the sound. It's very low and there's zero bass whatsoever. I bought a Samsung soundbar to fix that issue though. Other than that great TV and definitely got my money's worth out of it.

Bad remote

I purchased 2 Samsung 8000F 75 inch TV’s. I’m giving a poor review because the remote control does not work on 1 of the TV’s and I cannot seem to get any service from Samsung. I have been on the phone for hours with multiple people who keep transferring me and have been cut off twice. I just want a new remote control for my brand new TV that actually works. This seems like a simple request.

Check the batteries: Remove the back cover of your remote and replace the batteries with a fresh set, ensuring they are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Test for infrared signal: Point the front of the remote at your smartphone camera. While holding down any button, you should see a flashing light through the camera screen. (For iPhone users, the front-facing camera works best.) If you see the light, your remote is working and may need to be re-paired with your TV. 3. Point the remote correctly: Try pointing the remote directly at the TV from about 5-6 feet away. This can help ensure a clearer signal between the remote and the TV. Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not connect to normal l cable channels in my area for which I pay large monthly bill. Spoke with your help line and we still can't receive the cable stations such as CNN, MSNOW, TMC, ABC, CBS, FOX, etc. which we receive on our other TVs in other rooms of our home. We receive many Samsung channels. We have tried to connect for several months with no resolution. We are very unhappy with this television.
