Great TV with an unbeatable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great TV. The picture is wonderful. The clarity when watching newer programs is very bright, and vibrant. Although I do wish we had more control over the color. Fine tuning things would be awesome. I was surprised to see how many things you can't control in the system menu. The response time when going from screen to screen is quick. We don't have any lag at all. Over all we love the tv and everything it offers, the price was an awesome deal we just couldn't pass up.

Ok but not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote is very bad and hard to operate. The screen layout makes it hard to understand and find what you are looking for. I have a 65" LG that is a lot easier to operate. Will sell this and buy another LG.

To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website, then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your U8000F TV model to view or download the available guides. The e-Manual & User Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides. Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice. If you’d like more assistance with this feature, please reach Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). Crystal UHD U8000F

There are Sound issues at points and also it says unable to find network and when I go in there are no networks to choose from and ai have to reboot the TV by holding down power button. I have to do this multiple times a week it seems

Hi Skyventor85, Thank you for your feedback. For optimal performance, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware Update Version 1269.9. You can check this by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File. 2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files. 3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them. 4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device. 5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted. Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically. If you continue to have issues, please call us at -800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). Continously poor glitchy functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was a piece of junk. I returned it. The video would hang while the audio continued. The navigation was terrible. It would go to an app and just show a black screen. I had to back out and go back in to the app to get a picture. I repeatedly thought I could probably live with all the glitches but finally gave up and returned the TV.

Great TV for the price

Awesome TV

My old TV was not bright enough during the afternoon but this one works great. Outdoor TV's are much more expensive so the price for this TV is well worth it. I have been buying Samsung TV's for years and will continue to buy them in the future.

Good features poor connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is terrific and the Samsung television channels do provide some good viewing programs. My biggest complaint is its inability to sync properly with my cable box and the television will not allow me to connect my Roku streaming device. If I could return this television for another I would, but I've held on to it too long.

Good Choice

"Samsung TV" service just keeps getting better. I do not prefer the miniature remote but, like our other Samsung products, I would be this product over again without hesitation.

They stand behind their products. Their televisions are just great. That is the only brand I will buy and we have five televisions.

Great Viewing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would start by saying I love this set. I mostly watch sports on this television and let me tell you about the clarity. Get in your settings and play around for some of the best picture I've seen with a set in a while. Bright background light not a problem same clarity as if you're in pitch black room.
