Terrible picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the picture quality on this television it makes everything appear as if it is a low budget movie I'm not understanding why it looks that way it didn't look that way at the store but by far is the worst quality picture out of all the televisions that I own I will not buy a Samsung television again

Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Great features easy to use easy to navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung it looks real vivid the brightness the contrast is so crisp and clean and sharp and everything looks great just like you would expect it to look very pleased with Samsung and I also only use Samsung Galaxy phones I currently have a Samsung Galaxy z flip 5 and I am absolutely over the top I am thrilled and overjoyed to have the Samsung products I will only use Samsung products and when I get a new refrigerator it'll be a Samsung I I love Samsung and Google but but I will use Samsung for life

Good features poor connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is terrific and the Samsung television channels do provide some good viewing programs. My biggest complaint is its inability to sync properly with my cable box and the television will not allow me to connect my Roku streaming device. If I could return this television for another I would, but I've held on to it too long.

Navigate to: Home > left directional key > Connected Devices > Connection Guide Also, please double-check that your cable box is powered on and that the HDMI cable is securely connected. To change input sources, go to: Connected Devices > Sources You can also run HDMI Troubleshooting, which checks the connection between your TV, HDMI cable, and external device. SAMSUNG X2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I retired 5 years ago and purchased a new TV for my new apartment. I looked at them all on many showroom floors before finally deciding on a 60 inch Samsung. Why Samsung? Well, it had the best picture, was easy to operate, and was the best value for the money. I love this TV and still have it, however, for Christmas on December 2025, my family purchased another Samsung almost identical to the one I had. The second TV was installed in my bedroom. I am 75 years old and have a few health issues. Having this second TV guaranteed me I would never miss a program. My new TV is just as wonderful as the first Samsung I bought. It has a few more frills than my first TV from Samsung but the great picture is the same. I think this last TV that my family surprised me with is probably the best gift I will ever receive in my lifetime. My grandson loaded the TV up with access to many networks,Netflix, Roku, peacock,Samsung Plus, Prime Video, and Tubi. I have more channels to choose from for my viewing pleasure. I think Samsung is truly the best TV on the market and I wish everyone had one in their homes to enjoy.

Love Samsung. But am nervous about this T.V

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung. The picture is usually great. The T.V is only 4 months old. And I had an issue with the picture being blurry in some spots of the screen. I unplugged the unit to reset the T.V and the bury spots disappeared. I hope I don’t have that issue again. Fingers crossed.

My first Samsung 4K Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first Samsung 4K Smart TV and it’s better than I ever could have expected. The TV has excellent picture quality. I also bought my first Samsung sound bar with the TV. This brought my entertainment experience to much higher level. I was able to connect my TV to my cable box and my VCR/DVD player with ease. I was able to connect to my WIFI and quickly have access to all my streaming apps. Samsung TV and sound bar were both excellent choices.

Will never not buy a samsung TV.

I questioned if there was even a TV in the box! Remote is a little different but you get used to it. Sound , picture is great. More app options

Just one thing. Why?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm good with the resolution of the 50" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. I have three Samsung TV's. I have one serious problem with this TV. In my lest of channels I have all the local over the air stations. Also in my list is about six Samsung apps. When I click to watch any of these apps I can no longer scroll up or down as I am no long in my personal list of over the air and apps list I have chosen but am tossed into a list of apps akin to the one I am viewing and can only get back to my personal list by opening Guide and choosing a channel from there. The channel (CH) up-down is no longer in my personal list. Why? I've never experienced this type of failure and cannot find a fix for it. Why? Also, the channel changer is not as convenient as the previous one and use my old channel changer instead. And, this matters not which manufacturer but all channel controls seem to slip or tilt or slide in the hand. Why? Thanks for your time.

Good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv picture is great and has been wonderful for gaming. The only complaint I have is that the previous update has made it to where the wifi and Bluetooth dont work anymore. Bug still has amazing picture clarity, and brightness.
