Sound goes loud without warning. Tried all online recommendations and still happens. I know OLED is newer technology so some older viewings could look different, but seems like it happens with a lot of new programs too.

I don't love the volume control on the remote as most of the time when i go to increase or decrease the volume, it mutes the tv if you don't press it exactly the right way. Also, the performance of some apps is just not right. The you tube TV app is extremely slow and half the time doesn't load or has a blank picture but does have volume. we have tried everything to make it work from uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and we finally had to use a roku instead of using the built in samsung app features. The TV picture quality and sound however, is great.

Very satisfied with the picture and the ease of operation. Additionally, I was able to hook up my Samsung soundbar with this TV and it sounds great! My local news channels are on a Roku device and it has no conflict with it. Very pleased with this product.

This is our 4th television from Samsung and all have been good as far as service is concerned. The oldest is 10+ years old and still working good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my husband love our our Crystal UHD Samsung TV product we watched movies cuz there are so many diverse apps to pick from and choose from it's easy user friendly software makes it very simple for us to log on and connect with Wi-Fi and we can play the games that come with the TV standard there's so many different games to play we love watching documentaries and forging fire they're just so much user friendly about this product and the clarity is amazing there's no contest on any other TVs we've had in the past we've had LG we've had Panasonic we've had all kinds of televisions in the past and none of them even compares to the clarity and almost three dimensional look that are Samsung television has no contest hands down absolutely the best product we recommend it to everybody!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Samsung product fan Boi. Pretty much every price of electronics from all the way back in the early 2000s has been Samsung. My first tv & vcr, my first DVD player, and layer smart phones. Most every product I've had has been top quality. This TV though seemed like it developed blurry white spots you can see on black backgrounds. Still usable but reay for an upgrade. Other than that issue I enjoy the smart TV functionality and pairing with my s25 ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TV has excellent brightness and picture quality. Much better than the cheaper brands, even in the same price range. In fact, my older TV had higher peak brightness on paper, but this Samsung outperforms the old TV by a wide margin. I also enjoy using the SmartThings App to control the TV. Overall a great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung TV it was a great addition to our home we stream our favorite TV shows and movies on a regular basis I personally love listening to music and stream my favorite playlists on it all the time and get to watch the videos they're amazing the sound is amazing so clear and crisp it's great for while I'm doing my housework or entertaining my son games on it have to fight to get him off of it he loves the detail at Christmas time we live in Florida so we don't have a fireplace but we do a virtual fireplace on the screen of the TV with an app and the sound feature is great it sounds like a fire burning in the fireplace and the fire looks very realistic it makes it so cozy and Christmassy all in all it's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone
