Make it stop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not what a paid a lot of money for. It will play for awhile then shut off all by itself. Then at night after I go to bed, it will come on by itself. I gave you 2 stars because it is a great picture

Hi Coachman, We’re sorry to hear your U8000F TV is turning off on its own. Please try the following troubleshooting steps which may help resolve the issue: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector for at least 30 seconds. 2. Inspect the power cord for any visible damage. If damaged, the cord may need to be replaced. 3. Plug the TV directly into a wall outlet, bypassing any power strip or surge protector for now. 4. If the TV remains on long enough, try updating the TV’s software: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Note: If your TV powers off during the update, it could result in damage, so only proceed if the TV is stable. Next, check the TV’s Power and Energy Saving settings to ensure no timers or auto-off features are enabled: • Sleep Timer: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Sleep Timer • Auto Power Off and Off Timer: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off/Off Timer Also, if you have devices connected via HDMI, check if Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled, as this can allow external devices to control the TV and may cause it to turn off: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = Off If your TV continues to power off unexpectedly, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available from 8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun. 65 inch Samsung TV 4/2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was an incredible deal PERIOD. Paired the purchase with a B series Samsung soundbar. Helped the audio immensely . Some people seem to have a problem with the bightnesd No issue for me but it is in a prime location. I will say I noticed that it is up to the max however in settings as long as it stays at this level it is working good .

Samsung 75 inch Crystal UHD 4K

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this television after our 7 year old Samsung 75 inch tv started having issues. Overall, the tv has been good with picture, sound and brightness. The navigation between Samsung tv, our cable provider and the various apps is a bit difficult as I can never remember how to easily access the apps. The old brand was a lot more user-friendly. The connection to other Samsung products (washer, dryer and phone) is great and useful.

ALMOST PERFECT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new TV the brightness and vibrancy of this greatest awesome the sound amazing I love all the features. The only bad thing I have to say about it is sometimes it’s slow. I don’t know if the system needs updating and also I constantly lose the remote control cause it’s very skinny if it’s gonna be skinny and that easily to lose, we should put a locator on it like a Roku remote where you can find it.

Very satisfied with picture

More fast access buttons would be nice to have. The Samsung channel button is sort of hard to navigate on the landing page.

Terrible Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst TV I ever had. You cannot maneuver it very well. You're continuously pushing. Something you can't even feel because the buttons are so small. Very poor buy even though it was for the bedroom.
