This is the best sourdough bread

Good taste and simple ingredients

I love this bread not only because it tastes good, but because it's already sliced, which makes it easy to toast.

I love sourdough and am so thankful that this is both vegan and organic. It tastes really good and I like the texture both toasted and just out of the bag. I don't think it's ever gone moldy on me, but the last few months (as of when this review is posted), the bread after maybe a couple of days smells almost like acetone, which I wonder might be molecules being released as the bread starts breaking down or fermenting or something like that. Other kinds of bread have done this too, releasing that smell rather than going moldy, so not sure what's going on.

Light not very sour. Good all around.

i have gotten this bread before and have enjoyed it. This loaf was extremely dry and tasteless.

Bland, dense white bread with absolutely not taste of sourdough.

Had to double check the packaging to make sure it said sour dough bread. Cannot detect the usual sour dough taste. It tasted more like coarse dry white bread. We toasted to try to bring the taste out, but still quite bland. Very disappointed. we will use the bread to make sandwiches for church Sunday. Could be the bread was placed in the wrong bag???
