Health issues, decades ago, prompted me to seek out a low-acid coffee and varieties of Sumatran beans have proven to fit the bill most effectively. The European Cafe Sumatra has the earthy/full-bodied tones inherent with this Indonesian coffee and the roaster has been very consistent with quality of their product, in my experience. If you're looking for a quality/affordable coffee roaster, I highly recommend these folks.
