The garage door was delivered two weeks ago and was installed last week. The delivery person was outstanding. He went over every single piece of the door three times and made sure we understood. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. A friend who installs garage doors did the installation and commented how well made the door was and should not have a problem surviving a hurricane.

Replaced 2 old doors with 2 of these. Overall a pretty good product, these are just economy residential doors. But fit and finish are exceptional, see how they hold up over time. Better price than the "box" stores by 1/2 or better, as mine were a bit oversize. The 3rd party/vendor I got my doors from was very helpful as well, arranged for me to pick them up at the warehouse for convenience, and went over the entire order with me. Order was ready in about 3 weeks, was told about a month so timing was great. Also included the "sidewinder" spring tensioner, much easier than using bars. Would definitely buy again!

Doors are great, they are exactly as shown. Company that delivers will also I stall. And they are great.

This is really thin metal and I was worried my door closer would fold it in half. The explanations are not that good on some of the parts and they sent me 6 right pivot hinges and no lefts. They did make it up. My big complaint is these are really flimsy doors. Also the rollers seem to be to small for the track. They have too much room to move around in the track. The best thing is the automated spring tensioner. They need much more detail on assembly to be sure everything is covered. It is poor at best.

Came 2 weeks later then the guaranteed delivery date. Door is as thin as aluminum foil. Door came dented. No better then a door for 300 bucks!

I wish I could give zero stars, shoddy product.
