Beautiful high end grill. This barbeque set up had so many extras, a rotisserie, a side grill, and led lighting on the knobs letting you know which knobs are on (red) or off (green). It looks slick, had really nice drawers and a cabinet for storage and a locking stand to hold the propane tank. The cover was tucked away in a drawer when we finished putting it together. Delivery was seamless and they left the perfectly packaged, albeit heavy, Thor at our doorstep. Thanks Sam's Club for the amazing sale deal, too! My husband is loving his new Chrsitmas present 2 months early. The only downside was that I couldnt hide it. It's huge!

Grill delivered yesterday. Packaging was exceptional. Minor assembly required, took less than an hour to complete. Quality construction fit and finish very nice. Fired it up heated up right away. Cant wait to grill out this weekend.

Purchased this grill last year, missing grease pan. Was told by Thor that they are working to get one for me. Friendly customer service rep. With NO results

Do not buy this product. I've contacted Thor on two occasion per their recommendations. Bottom line is no response. If they can't respond to someone who hasn't even purchased the product, imagine what kind of service you'll get if you have a problem.
