I drink protein shakes for at least one meal a day so I have tried every brand, flavor of both ready to drink and powdered mixes. This blend is really great as it packs a good protein punch without the extra calories, carbs, and sugar that some others include. Like most ready to drink shakes it requires a really good shake and tastes better cold. I would highly recommend.

The Vanilla Creme Zero Sugar Muscle Milk protein drink serves the purpose of providing significant amounts of protein in a small beverage. The taste is similar to a vanilla flavored whey protein supplement, but without the hassle of mixing and cleaning up afterwards (which can sometimes be difficult with the thickness/stickiness of the powder). I am giving the product 4 starts only due to the taste not being very delightful.

Had Me Feeling Full But In A Good Way And Only 160 Calories The Taste Was Good But I Recommend It Cold Not Room Temperature. I Was Concerned About Packing Due To The Fact That I Can See The Glue That Was Holding The Top On But Besides That A Good Protein Shake

I love protein supplements. I am a 65 year old heart attack survivor and have found it hard to get good nutrition on a daily basis to keep my recovery on track. I prefer liquid supplements to the powdered ones from a convenience standpoint and love the size and packaging of Muscle Milk as it is much kinder to our environment than plastic containers. The taste is another big deal for me. I hate the bitter after taste of some powders and the chalky feel of powders. Muscle milk is neither of those. It tastes delicious with no after taste and no chalky film on your tongue. This is by far the best I have tried and will be a regular buyer of Muscle Milk!

For me the true test of a protein shake is to take one on an empty stomach in the morning. Then, always under my wife's ever watchful eye, working out at my normal pace (allowing myself only water - as usual) seeing how far I can go. Muscle Milk has been the only product I have found which did not cause the spike/crash!

Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme is very enjoyable with no metallic aftertaste so often found in similar products. It's quite filling as I was unable to finish it in one sitting. NO SUGAR!!! It has sucralose which is my favorite sweetener and it's just the right amount. I will definitely be buying this product more than once and I look forward to trying other flavors.

Much better tasting than I thought! I was expecting a medicinal taste with an unpleasant aftertaste..... not at all! I tried the Vanilla Cream flavor, and would think the other flavors would be equally as good. The amount of protein in each serving is quite surprising and the amount of calcium at 390mg - also surprising! Would buy for my child who is a collegiate athlete

Muscle Milk is smooth, not chalky, good flavor, a little too sweet for my taste,I wouldn't call it a “shake” as it's to thin of a texture,but a quick easy way to get additional protein in your diet without a lot of extra calories! I tried the vanilla but planning on trying the other flavors too! Give it a try.

There is an after taste with this flavor so I'm not as much a fan of this one. I have tried other vanilla flavored protein drinks before that has tasted better than this one. 25g of protein with no sugar added so I think that it is still a very good protein drink if you are ok with the flavor.

These are great nutritunaly. Sometimes I forget to put a few in the fridge and drink them at room temp. That being said they are much better cold. I often use them as the base for other things. Add coffee, or blend it with some natural peanut butter and some sugar free jelly or use it in place of milk to make sugar free pudding.
