I have been using a True Matrix monitor for years and I lost it in a move. I ordered the new one but this time I got the True Matrix Air so I can post my readings to an app on my phone. It will also allow me to sent my readings to my doctor without manual logging on paper! I don't have to change to different test strips either. It uses the same test strip as my old one. It is easy to use!

I have used my first unit for 4 years. I like the sync program that logs my test results on my phone and gives me an average for 2-4- weeks. My endocronologist still makes me use a paper log for charting, though. My new meter will be in the glove box of the car. I have insulated the meter in a case for heat exposure.

not compatible with cell phone

In the description, this product includes lancing device and 10 lancets, but there is only a glucose meter. Thar's it. I was deceived.

Does not work bought it for my mom she's been trying it for a couple weeks now it's so frustrating.

The item had been opened. The meter was non-functional and would not BEWARE.

I'm not diabetic but I used my husbands to check my blood sugar level, and guess what????? 5 readings same finger with results 110-168. This meter is defective. Period!
