We do not recommend this refrigerator if you are purchasing it because of the AI family hub with screen and internet connectivity. We are now on our second refrigerator since purchasing it less than three weeks ago. The first one was delivered defective because the screen would not even turn on. We then had to have a replacement delivered, and the replacement’s screen has gone dark within two weeks of having been delivered. Samsung offers this refrigerator in the same configuration without a screen and the opening doors - that might be a less problematic version of this model. However, if the quality control from Samsung is so bad that the screens don’t work it causes me to question their overall quality control. On top of that, they don’t provide a meaningful users manual to help us troubleshoot this problem and I’ve spent time on their website trying to find a user’s manual without success - if it exists then it is hidden somewhere or not otherwise obvious. I am frustrated by this product and the investment.

It was a four door with the pull out drawer, french doors and was a fantastic machine and reliable to a fault. Which is why when it came time to purchase another all these years later, Samsung was our first, and only, destination. We purchased a bespoke and love it.

DO NOT BUY, broke within 2 hours of install after update was pushed to Family Hub, Thing is a brick now. Then they tell us they cant fix it, and we can return it and buy another one to replace it, with no time line on when we would have a functional fridge. Then to top it off they no longer have our old fridge they took away.

The inside camera helps us keep track of what we’re running low on or what is expiring. It is a beautiful design and addition to our kitchen!

The sleek Design with the custom panels is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The Technology in the AI Family Hub™+ and AI Vision Inside™ is incredibly convenient for managing groceries and staying organized. The spacious Capacity is excellent for a family, and the overall cooling Performance is reliable. A fantastic refrigerator that both looks and functions like a high-end appliance.

We purchased this product in Summer 2024 as part of a complete Samsung appliances upgrade for our new home. We trusted the brand and spent a lot of money. 15 months later, 3 months out of warranty and we noticed a crack on the bottom of the fridge compartment. We had not caused it, we had not dropped anything, the fridge was sat on a level floor, we could not recreate the damage if we tried. We had Samsung repairs come out and told us that the fridge was not repairable at all. We have pleaded with Samsung to make an exception but nothing. We will never buy from them again. Make sure you read the real reviews, not the incentivized ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke fridge is an excellent product. Its use of technology is innovative especially with its auto door opening sensors. Using camera to see what's inside allows for the door to be opened less. With the integrated network connectivity to the internet, it makes the appliance more usable in the kitchen. The roominess of the inside allows for a large amount of Items to be stored inside plus with the deli draw that gives additional storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A functional refrigerator is essential every cook’s kitchen and this one has been a wonderful edition to our new home. It has plenty of room for me to store groceries for the week and then some. My whole family utilizes the water/drink access door daily and has helped us to cut down significantly on plastic water bottle use. The technology features are helpful when trying to remember what was left in the fridge last minute at the grocery store and I like being able to display pictures and drawings without accumulating paper and magnets on the front of the fridge. Overall, wonderful product. I only gave it a four, because the freezer door often needs to be pushed closed on the bottom left corner despite the seal being closed in the center.
