Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

I previously owned the Family Hub generation and recently upgraded to the newer model featuring the larger AI Hub screen. Overall, it's a very good refrigerator — Samsung clearly continues to push the boundaries of what a smart fridge can do. That said, after spending time with it, there are some clear strengths and a few areas where Samsung still has work to do. ✅ What I Love (Pros) Impressive Storage Capacity The interior space is generous and well-organized, making it easy to store everything from weekly grocery hauls to large platters for entertaining. Samsung has done a great job maximizing usable space. Excellent Cooling Performance The cooling is consistent and reliable across all compartments. Food stays fresh noticeably longer, and temperature recovery after opening the doors is quick. Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker This is honestly one of my favorite features. The built-in beverage center is incredibly convenient for quick access to filtered water and drinks without opening the main door. Having two types of ice makers — cubed and Ice Bites™ — is a surprisingly useful luxury that I didn't know I needed until I had it. Sleek Exterior Design The refrigerator looks premium and modern in the kitchen. The flat-panel finish and minimal hardware give it a clean, built-in aesthetic that elevates the space. Bixby Is Not a Production-Grade AI Assistant For a refrigerator marketed around AI, the built-in Bixby voice assistant is disappointing. It struggles with basic commands, has limited contextual understanding, and simply doesn't compare to what we've come to expect from modern AI assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant. This is the area with the most room for improvement. Limited App Ecosystem for the Large Screen The AI Hub screen is big and beautiful, but Samsung hasn't fully capitalized on it yet. The display says ice maker full/off when it’s not full and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to manually switch the icon to on/make ice. But it’s nice cause there is two different sizes made. The ice tray lid could have been made to open/close easier. Display is nice. Food monitoring for expiration is good. I like the crisper in the middle. Nyice fridge.

Love the look and the screen. Loved having our family calendar easily accessible. I liked the ice drawer and the water jug inside the door. Drawer space is limited and the shelves are awkwardly spaced. This is my 3rd Samsung fridge. Not my favorite as capacity is not as efficient as others I’ve owned. Unfortunately the freezer stopped cooling after 4 months then the fridge followed shortly after. So not actually fulfilling the primary objective of the purchase. Pretty but useless. With no replacement in sight.

Being able to do them on the app makes it so easy. I've had this refrigerator over a month and. It's the best refrigerator I have ever had. No problems at all. Very easy to install. And the AI. Features are fantastic.

It’s easy to keep clean and looks like new with a simple wipe down. It’s very easy to setup, user friendly, and connects to my phone. I like that I can check if the doors are closed because I have little ones who often don’t close the doors properly. We have had a few power outages and I’m always impressed how quickly it returns to its normal temperature.

It has tons of space, the fridge holds a ton of items. The push in shelf makes it easy to see what we have. It is easy to program the ice functions we like. It sells us when a new filter is needed which is very efficient. It has a seamless interface, and connecting it to my smart drive was easy.

We saw it at the store again and I sold my fridge and to be honest, this one is smaller in size but has more room inside. I love the water features on the inside that keeps the outside looking clean. The ability to watch a cooking show in my kitchen, on the fridge, is amazing! We love having the ability to view so many apps in the area we spend most of our time. I cook everyday now! The middle drawer that can be fridge or freezer makes it more efficient to plan meals for the week. Also being able to view the meal planner on the fridge helps. And of course the best part is being at the grocery store and ordering if you have something and having the ability to see what’s inside. It also sees what you put in and what you take out. At first I thought it was a little creepy but now I don’t know how to live without it. There is so much more…

The product failed in 6 months. Took a week to repair. The repair made it worse, and all my fridge stuff got frozen. Been waiting for a week now for someone to come in an repair this. Samsung, get your act together. Just good looking products are not enough.
